Our Client

A well-established organization based in the UAE are looking for a Sales Executive.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the fragrance and packaging industry.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range of fragrance oils and packaging solutions, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment between customer needs and company offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to existing clients, addressing any issues or concerns and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our brand and build relationships within the fragrance and packaging community.
  • Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional skills through training and development initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the fragrance, cosmetics, or packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter with a proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
