    Job Overview

    • As a key account contact, you will coordinate activities with Sales Teams and support organization to proactively engage customers on product enhancements and improve serviceability and usability. You will work closely with the Engineering team to ensure clear understanding of implementation approved enhancements feature requests additional improvements provide quarterly reviews assigned Premier customers Establish regular communications including onsite visits utilize Extremes SFDC reporting capabilities trend analysis gain early awareness issues provide onsite remote presence critical highvisibility engagements project managing account recovery activities delivering ongoing status postmortem documentation work Daily guidance needed Extreme GTAC HW SW engineers assigned customer base respond promptly needs providing valueadded services applicable Ensure accurate documentation current available customer support access streamline issue resolution process Monitor track cases tracking documents negative trends notify engage technical management team product quality Proactively administer environment review conduct early indicator analysis logs field notices EOL EOS status etc Proactively engage requirements related product enhancements improve serviceability usability represent present customer requirement Engineering organization clear understanding implementation approved enhancements demo training assistance Extreme Platform ONE software package
    • Work closely with customer satisfaction professional services account engagements Support sales pre-sales activities escalations troubleshooting demonstrations lab setup knowledge transfer calls travel essential Pro actively engage create awareness new offerings firsthand experience future growth opportunities Develop relationships pass along to sales potential new opportunities
