    The Role
    We are seeking a detailoriented andorganized Procurement Administrator to join our team in Abu DhabiUAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating andoverseeing the procurement process ensuring the timely acquisitionof goods and services while maintaining efficient inventory levelsand costeffectiveness. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage theprocurement process including sourcing negotiating and purchasingof goods and services. Maintain accurate and uptodate records ofprocurement activities including supplier information contracts andpricing. Collaborate with internal teams to determine procurementneeds and specifications and ensure compliance with companypolicies and procedures. Identify opportunities for cost savingsand process improvements within the procurement function. Monitorinventory levels and manage stock to ensure timely availability ofrequired items while minimizing excess inventory. Establish andmaintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensuretimely delivery and quality of goods and services. Participate inthe evaluation and selection of suppliers based on quality priceand delivery speed. Prepare and process purchase orders andcontracts and manage the approval process with relevantstakeholders. Resolve any issues or discrepancies with ordersinvoices or deliveries in a timely and professional manner. Stayupdated on industry trends market conditions and new procurementstrategies to drive continuous improvement. Candidate Must havebackground of QC Engineering. Candidate should have brightknowledge of Excel to prepare the various reports accordingly.

    Requirements
    • Proven experience as a ProcurementAdministrator Procurement Officer or similar role preferably in theQC Engineering industry. Solid understanding of procurementprocesses inventory management and supply chain principles.Proficient in using procurement and inventory management softwareas well as MS Office applications. Excellent negotiationcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildand maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internalstakeholders. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with akeen eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in afastpaced environment prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Knowledge of relevant laws regulations and ethical standards inprocurement and contract management. Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Supply Chain Management or a related field ispreferred.
