Key Responsibilities include:

  • Works closely with business stakeholders at all levels to identify their needs and
prepares business requirements specifications documents and obtains management
approvals for full understanding of business needs.

  • Translates business needs into detailed requirements, visual flows, use cases and
shapes solutions in alignment with IT strategy.

  • Manages user testing cycle and organises user training to ensure solution meets
requirements and results in business satisfaction with delivered solution and
communicates the status to IT Strategy & Governance and all stakeholders.

  • Ensures all projects are delivered as per the agreed project management
methodologies from requirements capture, analyses, leads development resources,
tracks milestones/deliverables, testing & deployments through to business sign off
and go-live.

  • Creates and builds relationship channels with internal customers and external
customers (Business Units & Vendors).

  • Provides consultancy in Technology and Operations Business Process design and re
engineering, gathers information on competitor technology and selection parameters
and stays abreast of industry trends in the business and technology.

  • Communicates regularly back to business managers on the status of projects and
business requests.

  • Continually monitors the performance and utilization of implemented systems and
adjust action plans to achieve target usage and system stability.

  • Provides business support and consulting to users in requests related to Online
services and Mobile Apps, automations, and emerging technologies through trainings,
focus sessions and meetings.

  • Present and conduct reviews of new solutions with project managers, stakeholders,
and other involved parties.

  • Creative, but technical problem solver: quick thinking and fully engaged at all points
in the solution from strategy to support.

  • Identify and resolve design problems as assigned making recommendations to
improve usability as appropriate.

  • Cultivate an understanding of industry trends and share insights with the project
teams.

  • Plan and implement usability tests throughout project lifecycle and analyze results
for resolving UI and system design issues.

  • Good sense of what is required of a great user interface and system functionality.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting in a wide range of different customer situations.
  • Work with project management team to develop overall scope and implementation
requirements.


Required Years of experience:

5-10years of Work Experience having the below:

  • Minimum of five years' experience in similar field.
  • Project Management Professional certification (Scrum or PMP) or equivalent
experience.

  • Strong record of delivering crossfunctional Web, Mobile and automation projects
with success.

  • Real estate industry experience working with Online, Mobility Solutions and system
automations is ideal.

  • Must have a Business Background with an IT focus.
  • Knowledge of the assigned business area's products and processes
  • Experienced in the strategic use of technology in managing and growing a business
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex business requirements in technical
terms

  • Ability to understand and communicate/present detailed & advanced Business
solutions.

  • Ability to engage, set expectations & influence clients and is a strong team player.
  • Client service oriented and can work in multicultural environment.

Desired Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree, with focus in IT.
  • Team oriented: engaging with a group of people to conquer project tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively with nontechnical personnel
  • Interested in advanced technologies and software
