Responsibilities:

Assist the Assistant Manager/ Manager and the team, in purchasing products and services of superior quality for the hotel as per specification.

Manage and process purchase requests on receipt ensuring competitive quotations, delivery dates and specifications are obtainedUpdate all concerned departments and line managers with any problems related to the purchase order /contracts and implement corrective action as required.

Administer the timeliness of the ordering process i.e.

from material requisition to order placement, to minimize lead time, systematically monitor the compliance of the order terms by suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:
A hands-on approach with a 'can-do' spiritMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a Luxury Hotel in the UAEExperience managing remote property and Adaco or similar software
