    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns, focusing on driving high-quality traffic and generating leads for our real estate business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Creation & Management: Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and YouTube ads, to promote our real estate listings, services, and brand.
    • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and conversion.
    • Ad Copy & Creative Strategy: Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching and effective ad creatives.
    • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and provide regular reports to the management team.
    • Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal spending and maximize return on investment (ROI).
    • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices, as well as industry trends in the real estate market.
    • Collaboration: Work with the SEO, content, and design teams to align PPC strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, must have a proven experience in Real Estate industry.
    • Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Google Analytics.
    • Experience in keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
    • Ability to write compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
    • Strong communication and project management skills.
    • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
    • Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
