HEAD BAKER

Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the totality of the Baking Center activities in an Industrial Production Company.

Market knowledge:

Understands the market need to offer solutions and services adapted to the local market.

Technical assistance:

In coordination with the sales team, you provide technical support to our clients
Understands each customer's technical needs and you recommend the solution/products adapted to their needs.
Solve the technical problem of clients quickly and respond to them.
Follow up with the sales team the feedback from the market and adapt approaches if needed to get new clients and/or retain existing customers

Training:

Train the baking center technical team and sales responsible.
Deliver adapted training to the sales team.

Innovation:

Initiate technical solutions: ingredients solution, process support.

Reporting:

Monthly report regarding baking center activities
Prepare and share detailed reports over trials done

Management:

Supervise the baking center team
Prepare the Baking Center budget every year and guarantee respect of it
Guarantee the proper use and maintenance of all Baking Center equipment, follow up Group standards, and guarantee respect of all safety precautions

Qualifications

Baking Professional certificate 5 years of recognized and successful experience in the field of kraft and industrial bread/viennoiserie making
Mastered perfectly specific breadmaking techniques and associated ingredients
Client oriented and able to adapt to various interlocutors.
