Key jobresponsibilities

• Performrisk assessment of site & operation model and framemitigation measures
• Manage physical security ofsites through guarding service & monitor optimumfunctioning of electronic surveillancedevices
• Ability to conduct detailedinvestigation within the policy framework, identify root cause& write report, develop management action plan for processformulation/ compliance/ improvement.
• Drivecorrective and preventive process changes that could impact shrinkreduction matrix positively.
• Build effectiveworking relationship within team & manage stakeholders todrive closure of optimization trackers/ management actionplan.
• Effectively manage security servicesvendor for SLA adherence and conduct training for guarding force onS&LP processes.
• Manage preventativemaintenance of physical devices and train staff on emergencyresponse
• Coordinate with Government agencies atsite level
