    Description

    We are seeking a Senior Cloud Architect – Multi-Cloud to design, implement, and govern secure, scalable cloud environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

    This role combines strong architectural leadership with hands‑on technical expertise, with a primary focus on security, compliance, resilience, and governance across multi‑cloud environments.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Multi-Cloud Architecture & Strategy
    • Design secure, scalable, and resilient architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
    • Develop and maintain reference architectures, landing zones, and reusable design patterns.
    • Guide platform selection and workload placement aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
    • Define cloud roadmaps and long-term architectural strategy.
    2. Hands‑On Delivery & Technical Leadership
    • Lead and execute cloud implementations, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
    • Resolve complex multi‑cloud networking, integration, and security challenges.
    • Provide architectural oversight and technical direction to engineering teams.
    • Ensure best practices are applied across cloud environments.
    • Establish and enforce enterprise multi‑cloud governance frameworks.
    • Define standards for IAM, networking, tagging, cost management, and lifecycle governance.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
    • Implement cost optimization and cloud financial management strategies.
    4. Security & Risk Management
    • Embed security‑by‑design and zero‑trust principles into all cloud architectures.
    • Implement secure IAM models, network segmentation, encryption, logging, and monitoring controls.
    • Align cloud architectures with cybersecurity, SOC, and risk management teams.
    • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
    • Implement centralized monitoring, observability, and security visibility across platforms.
    • Optimize cloud environments for performance, cost, availability, and resilience.
    • Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation to enhance efficiency and reliability.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the cloud landscape.
    • Partner with IT leadership, security, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
    • Provide architectural guidance to senior leadership and decision‑makers.
    • Mentor and develop cloud engineers and architects across the organization.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    Technical Expertise
    • Hands‑on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP in enterprise environments.
    • Strong knowledge of:
    • Cloud networking (VPC/VNet, routing, firewalls, load balancers)
    • Multi‑cloud IAM models and access governance
    • High availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
    • Hybrid and multi‑cloud architecture design
    • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep).
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
    • Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
    Security & Compliance
    • Proven experience architecting secure, enterprise‑grade cloud solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of cloud security frameworks and governance models.
    • Experience integrating cloud environments with SIEM/SOC and enterprise security tooling.
    • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in enterprise environments.
    Professional Experience
    • Minimum 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture or senior technical roles.
    • Experience working in large, complex, multi‑business enterprise environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic architecture with hands‑on technical execution.
    Soft Skills
    • Strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to collaborate across multiple business units.
    • Security‑first mindset with strong ownership and accountability
