- Verifies compliance with HACCPStandard requirements and Accor Food Safety & HygieneManual throughout the operations.
- Identifieskey areas of risk in various food operations and takes preemptiveremedial action.
- Provides technical advice onproduct labeling issues for fulfilling governmentrequirements.
- Provides in-house food hygienetraining for all food handlers, (e.g. new hires andtrainees).
- Handles complaints or enquiries fromcustomers and local food stagey and health departments on foodhygiene matters.
- Represent the Hygiene and foodsafety department in any occasion on behalf of the Guest Experience& Project Manager - GE&PM and the company withregards food safety and hygieneconcerns.
- Assist the GE&PM on any tasksas required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevantexperience in a similar capacity.
- Excellentreading, writing and oral proficiency in Englishlanguage.
- Preferred: Environmental HealthDegree or Culinary Degree.
- Strong leadershipand interpersonal skills.
- 2-year degree from anaccredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management,Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
