What you will be doing:

• Provides a pleasant drinkingexperience to customers.
• Serves drinks whilemaintaining a clean and sanitary bararea.
• Attends to the detail and presentation ofeach order.
• Prepares and maintains ingredientsby following recipes.
• Adheres to proper alcoholhandling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintainsappropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverageitems.
• Coordinates daily supply inventory forbar and submits orders to supervisor; assists with receipt ofdeliveries.
• Contributes to daily, holiday, andtheme drink menus in collaboration withsupervisor.
• Ensures smooth operation of barservices during absence ofsupervisor.
• Completes cleaning according todaily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing asneeded.
• Assists with orienting new employees totheir work area.
• Listens to customer complaintsand suggestions and resolvescomplaints.
• Instructs personnel in use of newequipment and cleaning methods and provides efficient and effectivemethods of maintaining work area.
• Participatesin and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designedto improve quality of service and employee productivity.
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication andorganizational skills
• Being fluent in Englishand any additional language is anadvantage.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experiencein Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation preferably in asimilar quality hotel
• A friendly, outgoingbehavior, able to involve and supportoperation
• Proactive, resourceful, and able towork independently
• Has strong decision-makingabilities and able to work in longhour
