    The Growth Manager for the UAE Region in a Digital Marketing Agency is a key role responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding the agency's presence in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This position requires a strong understanding of

    digital marketing trends, industry landscape, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.

    Core Responsibilities

    • New Client Acquisition:

    Identify and engage with potential clients in the UAE region.Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

    • Consultative Selling:

    Understand clients' business goals, marketing objectives, and challenges. Provide customized digital marketing solutions that align with their needs. Conduct presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
    • Relationship Management:Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.Understand clients' evolving needs and proactively propose strategies to drive their business growth.
    • Collaboration with Internal India based Teams:Collaborate with the agency's digital marketing specialists, creative team, and account managers to develop comprehensive and innovative marketing strategies for clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
    • Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and opportunities in the digital marketing landscape. Build relationships with industry influencers and decision-makers.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the UAE region. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team on business development strategies and market expansion opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
    • Looking preferably from Digital Mareketing Agency.
    • Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the digital marketing industry, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region.
    • Proficiency in powerpoint presentations.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and web analytics.
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in English , knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
