    Responsibilities

    • Drive sales efforts in the UAE marketto achieve sales targets, maximize revenue and expand market sharefor AI-backed HVAC products.
    • Continuouslyidentify opportunities for business growth and expansion within theUAE market.
    • Identify and cultivaterelationships with key decision-makers, influencers, andstakeholders within the HVAC industry, including building owners,facility managers, contractors, andengineers.
    • Develop relationships and cultivateopportunities within real estate groups, hospitals, shopping malls,hotels, and other relevant industries to generate new businessleads and expand our client base.
    • Collaboratecross-functionally with marketing and technical teams to createcompelling sales materials and campaigns and to ensure a seamlesscustomer experience.
    • Prepare and delivercompelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations topotential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition ofAI-backed HVAC solutions.
    • Negotiate contractsand agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms andconditions for both parties.
    • Manage the entiresales process from lead generation to deal closure, includingpipeline management, forecasting, andreporting.
    • Provide regular reports and updateson sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities tothe management team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA is aplus.
    • Proven track record of success in salesand business development roles within HVAC, real estate or relatedindustry, with a minimum of 3 years ofexperience.
    • Excellent communication,presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Abilityto build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders atall levels.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive andresults-oriented mindset.
    • Proficiency in CRMsoftware (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Officesuite.
    • Willingness to travel asneeded.
    • Arabic speaking skills arepreferred.
