    • To work as a team with colleagues,to ensure timely service and a smooth runningoperation.
    • To understand and adhere to allhotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures with regard toguest service, how to run the operation, and personal disciplineand grooming.
    • To perform every guestinteraction in a friendly and welcomingmanner.
    • To maintain professional telephoneetiquette and a perfect understanding of reservation'spolicies and procedures.
    • To be completelyfamiliar with the services offered in the restaurant and throughoutthe hotel.
    • To greet and seat guests in therestaurant in a warm and friendly manner, and set the tone ofwelcoming hospitality that will continue during the entire guestexperience.
    • To ensure that the front or therestaurant is always covered, and that the entrance to therestaurant is as welcoming and attractive aspossible.
    • To check each table to ensure that itis clean, and fully set up before any guests are seated at thetable.
    • To check with guests to get feedback onthe quality of their experience. Share any problems that arise withoutlet managers, but try to take care of the problem atonce.
    • Pitch in and help in service whenever theneed arises.
    • Work with the Cashier and relieveCashiers on break.

    Qualifications

    • Previousexperience in Food & Beverage/Restaurantoperation
    • Eye for detail to achieve operationalexcellence
    • Excellent guest serviceskills
