    Position: Event Coordinator

    Location: Dubai

    Salary: AED 7,000

    Job description:

    • Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Operations on a day-to-day basis.
    • Management of the DO diary; Prioritises, arranges, and coordinates special project meetings including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing events when necessary.
    • Coordinate special events and projects update.
    • Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
    • Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
    • Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
    • Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables, and charts; distribute as appropriate.
    • Communication with all departments.
    • Schedule Special projects meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
    • Provide support on additional projects as needed.
    • Using various software, including word, excel, and PowerPoint software to prepare reports and/or special projects.
    • Providing administrative and special project support to the leadership team in preparation for stakeholder meetings throughout the year, including developing materials for all board meetings.
    • Providing administrative and special project support in the implementation of work carried out by the Project directors and its respective committees, including developing materials for all meetings.
    • Contribute toward the development of standard operating procedures in all areas of business and continue to find new ways to improve quality and efficiency.
