Execute Strategy, Follow Principles and Design Frameworks for DeliveryLead a team of Software Associates/EngineersExpert level SME Software Engineering skillsGuide and verify the Development of applications that are aligned to best practices and standards, SDLC Frameworks.
Perform spot peer code reviews, providing feedback and recommendations to continuously improve the quality of the team
Job Requirements
Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
Design & Develop software in an enterprise environment.
Solid understanding of Testing concepts such as unit testing, functional testing and test automation.
Should have 8-14 years of experience on the below listed skill categoryDesigning, Code and Maintain medium to large applications/Modules.
Strong Agile Software Development SkillsStrong Systems Analytical and Technical Design skills
