Overview
We are expanding into the UAE to localize manufacturing of GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) reinforcement through a joint venture with a qualified industrial partner.
We seek a UAE-based senior industry professional to originate and qualify potential joint venture partners within the construction materials, reinforcement, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified UAE-based manufacturing or industrial partners.
- Initiate senior-level discussions with decision-makers.
- Pre-qualify candidates for operational capability and capital capacity.
- Facilitate executive-level introductions.
- Support progression toward signed Letters of Intent (LOIs) for JV formation.
- Provide guidance on relevant regulatory and industrial positioning.

Profile
- 10+ years in construction materials, reinforcement, composites, precast, or industrial manufacturing in the UAE/GCC.
- Established relationships with industrial groups, plant owners, or senior executives.
- Familiarity with UAE industrial zones and regulatory environment.
- Experience with joint ventures or industrial partnerships preferred.
- UAE-based and commercially execution-oriented.
Objective (Initial 6 Months)
- 8–15 qualified partner engagements.
- 3–5 credible JV candidates.
- 1–2 LOIs under negotiation.
