Job description:

  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget.
  • Day to day project operation, reporting and monitoring for the successful execution of the project.
  • Create execution plan for all projects (Civil).
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Handling the key issues and managing the consultant's task in line with the Client's vision.
  • Design reviews, evaluation and recommendations of progress billings, preparation of preliminary construction cost estimates.
  • Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Establish project delivery strategy and prepare a practical and comprehensive program for construction activities that achieves all critical target dates of the Project Master Schedule.
  • Ensure that all activities are in accordance with the relevant specification and the approved Procedures
  • General Supervision for all Projects

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Project Manager: 10 years (preferred)
