An international Construction Company, UAE-based and specialised in singular projects, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated contracts manager.
This is a key position within the company, reporting to Projects Management Team.Closing Date:
Qualification:
Required to possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or in any other relevant field and well knowledge in FIDIC OR CFCM certification (Certified Federal Contracts Manager) from the NCMA.
Roles and Responsibilities
The major tasks, duties, and responsibilities
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle for multiple construction projects simultaneously, from initial negotiation to contract closeout.
- Prepare, review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including FIDIC contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and other legal documents, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company objectives.
- Prepare, review, draft, and maintain contractrelated documents and correspondence.
- Advise project teams on contractual rights and obligations, risk mitigation strategies, and dispute resolution procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and address contractual issues, variations, and claims on time.
- Conduct thorough contract risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential liabilities and ensure project success.
- Monitor project performance against contractual requirements, including milestones, deliverables, and quality standards, and take proactive measures to address any deviations or discrepancies.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other third parties, aiming to achieve favorable terms and conditions while maintaining positive relationships.
Pay:
AED30, AED35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

License/Certification:
- FIDIC OR CFCM certification from the NCMA. (preferred)
