Description

We are looking to hire Sales Representatives to sell Credit Cards and Personal Loans for our Direct Sales department.

Accountabilities

Achieve sales targets agreed with Manager
Go for document pickup from your customers at customer location
Convey brand information to customers and respond to questions/inquiries that arise
Responsible for daily/monthly sales targets
Undertake training on the firm's markets and products, and improve on selling skills
Responsible for daily/monthly sales targets
Cross sell various personal banking products like credit cards/personal loans

Payout

No Fix Salary. Variable depends on number of Sales + Good Incentives.

VISA - Provided by the Company

First 2 Months VISA - OWN VISA

Skills

Education:

University Degree or Equivalent

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in banking or financial industry

Specialist Skills required for the Job:

Core Skills

Ability to work under pressure
Target oriented
Ability to develop strong personal relationships within the organizations in the target market

Technical Skills

Excellent Product Knowledge
