- Determines and evaluates projectsand head the Operations Department work force including thesub-contractor and distribute the workloadaccordingly.
- Operates and participates intechnical discussion, attending meetings with customers/contractorswhen needed and upon the request of themanagement.
- Reviews and conducts operationmeetings for engineering, materials andprojects.
- Operate and follow up the requiredcorrespondence in order to protect the company rights andcoordinate with Legal Department for all legal matters. Check theprepared monthly progress reports for projects for monthly billingin order to determine with the clients/contractors the amount ofmonthly payment/certificate and the amount of collection.
- Operate and coordinate with differentdepartment production, estimation, commercial, purchase, logisticsin order to ensure smooth flow of materials to projects and toensure that projects is progressing commercially correct.
- Check and monitor the projects revenue cost,actual progress, variations, estimation to complete and operate therequired coordination with financial department. Review andparticipate in the estimation process and booking when needed andupon request of the management.
