**Description: - Our client is a group having one of the businesses into Security Services is looking to hire a Security Manager holding a DPS Holder for Security Manager.

Responsibilities:
Monitor, Supervise & Schedule Security Officers, day to day activities.
Develop and implement site specific SOP

Develop technique of training, motivating, retaining and best potential of security workforce.
Preparing and maintaining shift work schedule.
Reviews daily incident reports and investigates where necessary by obtaining statements from parties involved in incident.
Provide clear operational direction and support to team.
Monitor and evaluate performance levels of employees.
Desired skills:
Education High School or Graduate.
Minimum 10 years working experience in same filed, out of which min.57 years of Dubai working experience is required
Flexible in duty timings and willing to work under pressure
Mandatory requirement of DPS Holder for Security Manager Position
Responsible person with excellent skills of problem solving
Excellent English Communication Skills
Proactive and willingness to work based on the Operational requirement
