The position is responsible for designing and creating attractive visual displays for retail outlets, use their skills in visual design and space utilization to enhance the aesthetic appeal of window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays.


Main Purpose:


  • Promote the image, products and services of retail businesses, Project Management and Store Openings.
  • Product Placement.
  • Retail Space planning.
  • Cross merchandising.
  • Fixture layout.
  • Regular change in display to ensure the Visual at Showroom is updated as per the new merchandise and is lively.

Core Accountabilities:


  • Communicating with team regarding windows and their installations, merchandise display as per the guidelines, special events, display standards, new merchandise initiatives, new product launches and instore signage.
  • Strategizing on retail space new product launches.
  • Directing the placement of all merchandise categories via Product grouping, highlighting the products for existing and new merchandise to maximize sales goals.
  • Conducting store visits to train the staff in merchandising standards, merchandising adjacencies & ensuring that the standards are being addressed and maintained at brand standards.
  • Managing the setup of new, renovated, and existing stores as well as remerchandising projects via planograms, photos, and merchandise directives
