Responsibilities:


  • Analyze the consumer financial distress detection model from a social and behavioral perspective.
  • Translate model outputs into a social context, identifying the lived experiences of individuals at different risk levels.
  • Conduct research on the social determinants of financial hardship and their connection to modelidentified distress levels.
  • Develop detailed consumer personas that capture the demographics, financial circumstances, and unique challenges faced by individuals experiencing varying degrees of financial distress.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and marketing teams to ensure personas accurately reflect model insights.
  • Develop recommendations and strategies for intervention programs tailored to the specific needs of each identified persona.
