Qualifications and requirements:
- At least 2 year experience on same role preferably
- Knowledge on STCW and MLC requirements
- Based in Dubai, or willing to be relocated in Dubai/UAE
Responsibilities:
- Making sure that vessels are manned properly as per requirement
- Recruitment of experienced and certified Seafarers
- Crew change planning
- Payroll
- Application of Flag State Endorsements
