We are seeking the Female Real Estate Sales Agents to contribute to our success. this role offers a competitive salary, commission, and the opportunity to thrive in a vibrant work environment.

as a sales agent, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to our continued success.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively generate leads through outreach efforts.
  • Conduct property viewings, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Negotiate deals with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless coordination.
  • Stay updated on industry trends by attending relevant events.
  • Maintain and build professional client relationships.
  • Manage inquiries, ensuring accurate records in the CRM system

Qualifications:


  • Fluent in Arabic and English; knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
  • Preferably possess a driver's license and own car.
- minimum 3 years sales experience in Real Estate sector in Abu Dhabi.

  • Targetdriven with a strong sales background.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

Salary:
Up to AED10,000.00 per month
