Provide administrative support to the project team Prepare format and manage project correspondence reports and presentations Maintain and organize project documents files and records both digital and physical Coordinate communication between project team members contractors and vendors Track project timelines deadlines and deliverables Handle incoming outgoing communications related to the project Monitor office supplies coordinate procurement as needed Support compliance with project procedures policies documentation standards Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
