• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and tailor the recruitment process accordingly.
• Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Achieve recruitment targets and meet established timeframes for filling vacant positions.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Recruiter, specifically within the UAE job market.
• Proven track record of successfully filling vacant positions across various levels and functions.
• Strong understanding of job portals and recruitment platforms commonly used in the UAE.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations related to recruitment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is a plus.
