- Availability of an engineer certificate card under the G+unl license in Dubai.
- Work experience in Dubai - from 8 years, at least 5 years as construction director, chief project engineer.
- The number of completed projects in Dubai (general contractor license G+unl) is at least 3x.
- Experience working with Nakheel, Trakheesi, DLD and other regulatory authorities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai Building Code and other regulatory documents.
- Experience and control of subcontractors.
- Experience working with suppliers for all positions, UAE, import.
