- Call Center Operations: Manageincoming calls, offering prompt and precise assistance. Addresscustomer inquiries, provide support regarding products andservices, resolve issues, coordinate with other departments, andmaintain accurate records andreports.
- Reporting: Compile monthly reportsdetailing sales figures, call volumes, customer complaints,inquiries, vendor relations, application usage, call quality, andagent performance assessments.
- CorporateEngagement: Generate sales leads, process orders, maintain customerfollow-ups, manage payment transactions, coordinate with drivers,monitor stock levels, and handle returns andcomplaints.
- Application Management: Updateproduct pricing, post on social media platforms promotions, andpush notifications within the application. Oversee the addition ofnew inventory items.
- Order Processing:Facilitate order placements within the application, address relatedcomplaints, maintain communication with customers and partnerbutcheries.
- Logistics Oversight: Preparelogistics reports including renewal processes, fines, stickerdistributions, order quantities, and traveldistances.
- Procurement: Liaise with suppliersto manage communications and handleforecasting.
- Retail Coordination: Updatepricing at co-ops and points of sale, manage item changes andadditions, and produce daily reports.
- SocialMedia Engagement: Handle customer inquiries via social mediaplatforms, contribute to content creation by posting updates andproducing video content.
