Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the clinic, overseeing all aspects of operations, including clinical services, administration, and staff management.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices in healthcare delivery.
- Manage and optimize clinic resources, including staffing, facilities, equipment, and supplies, to ensure efficient and effective operation of clinical services.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes, implementing quality improvement initiatives and addressing areas for improvement as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care, referrals, and multidisciplinary treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care and positive patient experiences.
- Oversee clinic scheduling, appointment management, and patient flow processes to optimize patient access, minimize wait times, and maximize clinic efficiency.
- Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, revenue cycle management, billing, and collections, to ensure financial sustainability and achieve budgetary targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, referring physicians, insurance providers, and regulatory authorities, to enhance the clinic's reputation and market presence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in healthcare technology and management practices, and incorporate relevant knowledge and innovations into clinic operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Indepth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in clinical quality and patient safety.
- Experience working in a clinic setting, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE, with knowledge of local healthcare market dynamics, regulations, and cultural considerations.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Commitment to delivering highquality patient care and customer service, with a patientcentered approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing education in healthcare management and leadership.
Salary:
AED5, AED20,345.36 per month
