- Willing to work flexible schedules/ shifts
- Act as a supervisor for Instructorsand Peer Trainers with new hires
- DeliverInstructor training, observation and coaching to the MENAstandard
- Ensure training records are kept up todate through the console
- Ensure MENA trainingmaterials are kept and delivered against MENA standard and providea positive learning experience
- Use and analyzedata on a daily basis to improve NH learningexperience
- Feedback to Instructors and PeerTrainers on their delivery and new hire (NH) groupsperformance
- All tests/ audits are completed andresponses are tracked
- Organize (Instructorsassignment) and monitor cross training for the operations tosupport peak skill requirements
- Work withoperations on a skill matrix to highlight gaps for critical roletraining
- Support operations with the deliveryof critical role training
- Improve processesfrom gathering feedback and analyzingdata
- Support the recruitment of Instructors andPeer Trainers
- Attend meetings when required andprovide information required
- Work inpartnership with the agency managers to improve new hireperformance
- Support MENA level projects withfeedback and improvements
