    MainResponsibilities

    • Under supervision, works to completedefined tasks in accordance with standardprocedures.
    • Supports general businessoperations by providing administrative support activities to thePPP Services Capability Leads and theirteams
    • Manage shared areas for the PPPServices
    • Preparepresentations
    • Organise meetings, workshops andbriefs as required;
    • Manage the Off-siteLocation Database
    • Manage conference roombookings within Banna Court
    • Manage theco-ordination of IT equipment for new starters onto PPPServices
    • Interface with new entrants joiningPPP Services and carry out Buildinginductions
    • Manage the Off-site LocationDatabase
    • Provide support to the projectPSR's
    • Create Dash tickets andcomplete Business Courtesies for all KBR related costs

    Qualifications& Experience

    • Previous administrationexperience
    • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
    • Ability to manage varyingstakeholders
    • Collaborative workingstyle,
    • High attention to detail andaccuracy
    • Flexibility to travel to other PPPlocations as and when necessary
    • Experience ofworking at Sellafield (would be of benefit but notessential)
