Corporate Sales Executive - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Eco Drive Driving Institute
Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential corporate clients and develop a target list for prospecting and lead generation.
- Research and understand the corporate training needs and requirements of potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in corporate organizations.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of driving institute services to prospective corporate clients.
- Understand and communicate the value proposition of the driving institute's offerings to meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with corporate clients to secure training agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as driving instructors and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of corporate training programs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and reports to corporate clients and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competition in the driving training sector.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the driving institute.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven work experience as a Corporate Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the driving training industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key decisionmakers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure training agreements.
- Selfmotivated and targetoriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Familiarity with the driving training industry and understanding of the corporate training landscape.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients or attend industry events.
Pay:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
