Responsibilities:


  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and coordinate lease signings.
  • Assist clients in finding rental properties that meet their needs and budget.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
  • Stay updated on market trends and rental regulations.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests from tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing transactions and client interactions.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of real estate industry experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and rental regulations.
  • Proficiency in real estate databases and CRM software.
  • Valid Driving License and own Car
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
