Overview
The Senior Designer - Design is responsible for leading the creative work. We are looking for a creative, innovative design-based talent to join our team focused on brand identities and guidelines.

The responsibilities of the Senior Designer - Design include interpreting client briefs, turning them into creative solutions, delivering high-quality brand design output, working with design teams, and troubleshooting design problems.

To be a successful Senior Designer - Design you should be able to adhere to tight deadlines, manage budget constraints and deliver a great product and experience.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
Technical & Product
Work closely with the insights and strategy team to develop breakthrough, creative ideas and articulate them in the creative brief
Coordinate with multi-skilled teams of designers, strategists, researchers, and production specialists – initial briefings, day‑to‑day direction, storyboarding, creative review meetings
Lead creative presentations and orchestrate other team members to present the work
Monitor and circulate the latest design‑related trends information
Capture and document project case studies
Contribute proactively to business development efforts, existing client opportunities, proposal writing and presentations
Strategic thinker and understanding of branding processes and brand identity design
High ability to lead and execute branding processes from conceptualization to execution to final guidelines implementation

Ease to express creative ideas clearly and concisely.
Understand communication as an integrated "whole" and not as something on / off.
Adobe CC domain and web design and Adobe Premiere knowledge for the assembly of audiovisual models.
Any level of motion graphic skills.
Demonstrable experience creating and designing offline and online campaigns.
High level of involvement, commitment, and responsibility.
Knowledge of interactive exteriors, websites, e‑mailings, landings, campaigns on RRSS Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
Ideate, craft, and execute original and iconic design concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals
Responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
Develop creative ideas that meet both the client's objectives and our business objectives, maintaining the company's expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
Present, share and review creative work with Executive Creative Director/s, Account Management and Planning Leads, and members of the Management Team
Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in‑house resources and third‑party vendors
Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning, and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work
