Description
Managing regular SMS campaign for landlord/owners

  • Coordinating sales and leasing team by managing schedules, filing documents and
communicating information

  • Managing and listing properties on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle,etc.
  • Storing data in CRM and present reports
  • Checking other webportals for updating and maintaining our ads to be
on top

  • Editing and managing photos, & coordinate with photographer
  • Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Contributing and providing required support in developing & programming as needed
  • Contributing to creating analysis and reports about the portals' performance and
marketing department reports

  • Updating and refreshing our listings on 48 hours cycle and/or daily basis
  • Contributing to monitoring and analyzing our listings' performance on portals
/Leasing

  • Fulfill and complete the task assigned to her by Marketing Manager in efficient and timely
Manner


Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
