In this role, the Program Manager will oversee and execute IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) programs, focusing on delivering secure, compliant, and efficient handling of IT assets. This position is pivotal as it drives operational excellence and ensures customer satisfaction. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and vendors, acting as the primary liaison to streamline processes and improve service delivery.     Accountabilities

    • Onboard, develop, and manage multiple ITAD programs in alignment with business objectives.
    • Oversee the implementation of strategic programs including innovative operational processes.
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Service Delivery.
    • Identify and implement best practices to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
    • Partner with leadership to standardize global processes while meeting regional requirements.
    • Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and documentation for program consistency.
    • Maintain process for accurate program billing and invoicing.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or supply chain management.
    • Strong understanding of ITAD processes, compliance requirements, and logistics networks.
    • Proven ability to build and lead complex programs and manage multiple stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and process improvement methodologies.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
