Description
To verify the General Cashier's Report.


  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement on a daily basis.
  • To review Employee Payroll Related Settlement and make sure they are in accordance with the UAE Labour Law.
  • Monthly Payroll Verification and Make sure the payroll file is ready on the 26th of each month for the final signature of owning Committee.
  • To follow up on the renewals of the contract's expiry.
  • To verify supplier payments with supporting invoices, LPOs etc.
  • Review the FA JV's and Make sure the JV's are supported with proper documents.
  • To review General Ledger at month end, and analyze expenses and major variations from the budget
  • Review the Payable Aging and Employee Aging on a Weekly Basis with Payable.
  • Weekly Cash Flow Report submission according to the schedule.
  • Ensures the timely submission of the following reports.
Payroll Submission


  • Monthly P&L & DCT reports submission
  • Monthly FF&E Purchase Reconciliation with Budget
  • Monthly Operating Equipment Purchase Reconciliation with Budget Payable Aging
  • Monthly Balance Sheet with supporting schedules.
  • All Bank Reconciliation and other reports
  • Ensures that monthly financial reports are submitted according to the guidelines and deadlines established by Ramada hotel

Salary:
Up to AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
