Core Responsibility Areas:


  • Manage and control the catering business of the company and operations
  • Assist in food and beverage menus development, staff shifts, coordination of food orders preparation and serving during the events.
  • Interacting with clients to gather their requirements and overseeing the presentation and serving of the food to ensure the delivery of excellent quality and customer service
  • Respond to customer comments or complaints and take immediate actions in line with company policies and procedures
  • Hire, train and manage catering employees
  • Ensure catering operations are smooth and inventory of stock, of both food and serving supplies, is well-maintained and managed
  • Assist in business development initiatives, pitch new customers and events
  • Provide suggestions on pricing, budgeting and catering strategies
  • Provide detailed catering reports to the executive management
  • Coordinate with concerned departments to streamline catering operations

Requirements:


  • Must have excellent organization, problem solving and F&B events management skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Catering & Events supervisor/manager
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and resource planning skills
  • Proven ability to establish positive customer relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Flexible and ability to work additional hours, if required
  • Must be able to join immediately
  • UAE Driving License - Required

Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
