• 8+ years of related construction phaseexperience is required, with 5+ years of related project managementexperience on related projects
• Incumbent shouldhave a broad general technical and businessbackground.
• Professional registration may alsobe required.
• Must have the ability to manageprojects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands ontechnically in the project.
• Our ProjectManagers still get very involved in the designs on theproject.
• Capability in scheduling usingPrimavera P6 and ongoing monitoring and driving of projects withwell ordered and logicalsequence;
• Comprehensive knowledge of industrystandards Incumbent must meet GHD project management certificationrequirements. Proven ability to perform in a management capacity,excellent written and oralcommunications.
• Bachelor's degree inEngineering related technical/business field
• 6+years of related construction phase experience is required, with 3+years of related project management experience on relatedprojects
• Strong eye for detail coupled with amethodical and organized approach;
• A passionfor the digital world and you will understand the power and benefitof BIM delivery being ready to operate in a fluid, digital, andtransformation operation harnessing the power of technology todeliver world class projects for ourclients.
