Description
Crew/supply boat coordination upon receipt of check list from respective PIC. Update daily boat log sheets and distribute to concerned coordinators.

  • Update cargo operations as known to concerned parties especially during OFFICE HOURS/HOLIDAYS/ABSENCE of PIC.
  • Arrange crew/personnel transportation as per request of PIC. Priority to use own transport.
  • Update vessel requirements/movements to boarding representatives, facilitate timely attendance onboard.
  • Maintain list of tanker vessel calls by using AIS live & other sources available twice a day. Preferably noon & midnight.
  • Take proactive and effective measures to reduce operational errors and miscommunication.
  • Assistance by monitoring communications and covering operation, especially during after office hours, holiday and during interim absence of PIC.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
