Position:
Secretary
The Secretary is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. This position will provide administrative support. The Secretary will perform clerical duties to support the Operations & Sales Department
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Detailoriented and professional.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of office equipment.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities.
Pay:
From AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- secretary: 1 year (preferred)
