Requirements:

• Looking for a senior BA resource withspecific experience in both health insurance provider directoriesand government regulations/ mandates.
• There areseveral new government mandates pertaining to transparency andcoverage coming through that have implications for client'sprovider directory.
• Experience with andknowledge of provider directories isrequired.
• This individual will be responsiblefor reading and reviewing all of the mandates, requirement docs,regulation docs, etc., and then helping unravel, organize, andprioritize the information.
• Should have theexperience to make recommendations for how client will interpretthese requirements as they pertain to their ProviderDirectory.
• The three main places that thesemandates are coming from are CMS, DOI, and CAA. Specific experiencewith one or more of these, and experience with their mandates, isneeded. (If they have health insurance experience and experiencewith different govt. mandates, please still submit and make anote.)
• client owns the directory, but not theupstream (storage) or the downstream (collection) of the data.Therefore, someone who has experience working with external vendorsis preferred.
• Fully remote is fine. Notexpected to convert, visas are ok.
• No specificexperience needed with Agile, but experience with Jira andConfluence is a plus.
• Looking to have someonestart as soon as possible. Interview selection will be done thefirst week of January.

• Minimum 10+ years of BusinessSystems Analyst Experience.
