Consistently engages and interacts with guests of all ages in a professional, educational fun manner while delivering high-quality guest experience programsConducts Education Programs for special events and daily operations, in coordination with the Education Support Manager, other Educators, Sales, Marketing, Guest Experiences and Animal Husbandry team.

Conducts frequent fact-based animal presentations and guided tours for on, off sight, special events and overnight experiencesWorks closely with the Education Support Manager in order to deliver excellent, transformational zoological programming, ensures offerings are relevant and compelling to today's audiences in content and deliveryOperates independently with minimal supervision while providing incredible guest service and innovating new experiencesInitiates interaction with guests to proactively provide animal and information about the ParkMonitors guests and animal safety in coordination with the Animal Husbandry teamPromotes products, services and activities to the guestsMaintains knowledge of the park information, updates and promotionsResponds to guests queries/complaints with effective resolution under guidance from the Education Support manager when neededCompletes all required trainings and maintains professional development and competenciesFosters a culture of human and animal safety; following all safety policies and practices with a knowledge of all appropriate protective equipment in accordance to HSE policyPrepares education and tour materials and maintains its professional appearanceMaintains cleanliness and organization of the workplace for designated areas Disclaimer:
