Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, Performance Development Plans in coordination with HR Business Partners and in communication with line managers, functional heads, and instructors.
Provides inputs to the training strategy and the development of specific training development plans.
Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees.
Develops unique training programs to fulfil role specific training requirements or for employees to improve job skills covering both behavioral and technical competencies for both white and blue-collar employees.
Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, course outlines, and course materials.Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
Provides input to training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
Build strong working relationship with key internal and external partners.
Job Requirements:
5+ years professional experience in Learning & Development fieldProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program softwareExperience with LMS and comfortable with creating content and administration of a systemMust have UAE valid Driving License
