We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing marketing communication efforts and organizing events across various professional and social media channels.

This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for engaging with audiences both online and offline.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance the firm's visibility and brand awareness.
  • Manage the firm's presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, to effectively communicate key messages and engage with the target audience.
  • Create compelling content, including posts, articles, and visual assets, to showcase the firm's expertise, projects, and thought leadership.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing events, such as webinars, conferences, workshops, and networking events, both inperson and virtually.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and events.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, news, and relevant discussions, and actively engage with followers to foster relationships and drive engagement.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies, to support marketing communication initiatives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts and events, and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in marketing, social media, and the engineering industry.

Qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles, preferably within the engineering or professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in event planning and execution, both inperson and virtual.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
