- Reviewing tax returns andcomputations and ensuring the efficient and risk managed deliveryof corporation tax complianceservices
- Provisioning of taxdisclosures and/or tax audit of disclosures liaising closely withthe audit team
- Good understanding onOECD BEPS inclusive framework and Pillar 1 and2
- Responsible for the delivery ofthe corporation tax content ofprojects
- Manage the delivery of taxdue diligence assignments, supporting advisory team on transactionsboth buy and sell side.
- Demonstratean ability to analyse and interpret data, identifying businessissues and applying technical knowledgeappropriately
- Lead, manage, motivateand coach other members of the team, working with a great team oflike-minded colleagues all focused on supporting each other toperform at their best.
- Buildingclient relationships and identifying growth opportunities in ourclients.
- Responsible for negotiatingfees and the timely billing of fees for work completed on yourclient portfolio
