Key Responsibilities

  • Creating valuation reports by writing and forming templates for ongoing valuation instructions
  • Cross check, validate documentation from the banks like site plans, BOQ, completion certificates.
  • Manage COI for all instructions
  • Creating checklists for all reports in folders
  • Research of market data as and when required
  • Assisting with organizing valuer inspections /developerbased handover co ordination
  • Coordination of data collection for valuations on an ad hoc basis
  • Organising soft copies of files within team folders in a structured manner
  • Assist with valuation data inputs in MS Dynamics
  • Assist with any Adhoc requests within the team
  • Provide backend support to residential valuations team as and when required

  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
  • Attention to detail and being proactive
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and to have a proactive, positive approach
  • Good organization skills, ability to multitask
  • Team player with positive attitude, enthusiastic and selfmotivated with the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Proficiency with Arabic preferred
