We lead strategic development and smooth accomplishment of day-to-day services and develop processes to drive service enhancements and create the best experience for our patients, as well as our employees.


The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
  • Welcome patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answer or refer inquiries
  • Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying the providers of patient's arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding the providers of any service delays
  • Comfort patients by anticipating patients' anxieties, answering patients' questions, and maintaining the reception area
  • Preregister patients by uploading the necessary documents into the Electronic Medical Record EMR
  • Liaise with referring clinics to complete the required patients' documents
  • Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes
  • Providing the patients with the imaging files after completion of the procedures
  • Request the patients' feedback after completion of the service
  • Followup with other staff members to ensure that the procedures are done at the scheduled time

Education, Experience:

  • University/college degree is an asset
